1. Who provides the services

Excursions in Bali are carried out together with licensed local operators, guides and captains (“local partners”). By booking, you agree to these terms.
2. Booking
All bookings are made through WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed when we confirm the date, tour, number of guests and total price in the chat. Prices on the Site are shown “from”, per person unless stated otherwise; the final price is always confirmed in the chat before you book.
3. Payment
The Site takes no online payments. Unless we agree otherwise in the chat, you pay on the day of the tour (cash or transfer, as agreed). For some tours (e.g. boat trips or private charters) a small advance may be agreed individually — this is always stated explicitly in the chat before booking.
4. Cancellation & refunds
- Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the agreed pickup time — no questions asked.
- Less than 24 hours before pickup or no-show: if an advance was paid, it may be withheld to cover costs already incurred; if no advance was paid, we kindly ask you to let us know as early as you can.
- Weather and safety: if we or our local partners cancel a tour due to weather, sea conditions or safety (common for boat trips and volcano hikes), you choose: a free reschedule to another day or a full refund of any advance paid.
- Refunds of advances are returned the same way they were paid, normally within 14 days.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer-protection laws of your country grant you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
5. On the tour
Please follow the instructions of guides, drivers and captains — they may adjust the route for safety, tides or weather. Itineraries and photo stops are indicative and can change on the day. We recommend travel insurance covering active leisure. To the extent permitted by law, the organizer is not liable for delays or changes caused by weather, traffic, force majeure or actions of third parties beyond our control.
6. Reviews and photos
By sending us a review you allow us to publish its text with your first name and country on the Site. If you attach photos and allow publication in the chat, we may use them on the tour pages. You can withdraw this permission at any time by writing to us.
