1. Who we are

The website sbexcursion.com (“the Site”) is operated by:

We organize day tours and activities in Bali (Indonesia) together with licensed local partners. This policy explains what data we handle and why.

2. What data we process

Data you send us yourself. Bookings, questions and reviews on this Site work through WhatsApp: when you tap a WhatsApp button, your message (name, travel dates, chosen tour, review text, anything else you write) is sent to our WhatsApp chat. The Site has no accounts, no databases and does not store this information on any server of ours — it exists only in the WhatsApp conversation between you and us.

Analytics data. Visitors from the EEA and the UK are asked first: the tools listed in section 3 load only after you press “Accept”, and nothing loads if you press “Decline”. Elsewhere these tools run by default, and you can switch them off at any moment with the 🍪 button in the corner of every page.

Technical data. Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc., USA) processes standard server logs (IP address, request time) as required to deliver the pages and protect the Site from abuse.

3. Cookies and analytics

After your consent, the following services may set cookies and collect anonymized usage statistics:

• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation, USA) — session replays and heatmaps to improve the Site;
• Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager (Google LLC, USA) — aggregated visit statistics by country and page;
• Yandex Metrika (YANDEX LLC, Russian Federation) — visit statistics.
• Vercel Web Analytics (Vercel Inc., USA) — page-view counts. Cookie-free, collects no personal data and identifies no individual, so it runs on every visit and is not covered by the cookie banner.

Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage key “sb-consent”). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the 🍪 button in the bottom-left corner of any page. The map on our trip-planner uses CARTO basemap tiles and Open-Meteo weather data; these requests do not include any personal information beyond your IP address, which is technically required for any internet request.

4. Legal bases (for EU/EEA and UK visitors)

We rely on: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for analytics cookies; steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) when you contact us to book a tour; and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for keeping the Site secure.

5. International transfers

We are based in the Russian Federation and operate tours in Indonesia; analytics providers process data in the USA. When you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are processed by WhatsApp/Meta under Meta’s privacy policy. We only receive what you send to our chat.

6. Retention

WhatsApp conversations are kept as long as needed to arrange and support your trip, and can be deleted at your request. We keep no other copies of your personal data.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time — just write to us by e-mail or WhatsApp (contacts above). EU/EEA residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. Residents of the Russian Federation have the rights provided by Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

8. Children

The Site is intended for adults planning trips. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 without a parent or guardian involved.

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always available on this page with the date above.
